(a) Account Registration: Upon registration, we collect personal data that may be identifiable to you as an individual, e.g. full name, company name, address, email address, mobile phone number etc. When applying for a standard Worldclearing account we additionally require governmental identification documents, e.g. passport, national ID and proof of residence.
(b) Payment Information: When you add financial information to your account, e.g. bank account, receivers, etc., that information may be directed to our third-party payment processors. However, we do not store sensitive credit card data on our systems.
(c) Communication: If you contact us per email or through the internal message system, we may receive additional personal data about you.
(d) Usage of our Services: When using our Services, we collect information that could be identifiable to you, e.g. bank details, payment receipts, invoices, or attachments.
(e) Cookies and Tracking: Additionally, when using our Services, we gather information about you automatically that is stored in log files, e.g. IP address, timestamp and actions. For our web servers to recognize you and for us to deliver a personalized service we may set a cookie on your computer or device.
We will retain your personal data we process as long as needed to provide our Services. Worldclearing will also retain this personal information as required to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, detect fraud and enforce our terms and agreements.

(a) Worldclearing will never rent or sell your personal information. We may store your personal data in locations outside our direct control (e.g. servers, databases with hosting providers).
(b) Worldclearing will disclose your information where required to do so by law, if subject to subpoena or other legal proceeding or if we believe that such action is necessary to comply with the law and the reasonable requests of law enforcement.
(c) If necessary to provide the Services we offer, we sometimes need to work together with a third-party for normal business operations with banks, credit card processing and verification services. However, in case a third-party requires your personal data its regulated by our Data Processing Agreement.

(a) For current Worldclearing clients, you can review the information about you that we store in your client profile and request inaccuracies to be corrected by communicating through the internal message system.
(b) As a Worldclearing client you additionally have the option to export all information that may be identifiable to you as an individual directly from your client account.
(c) We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you Services or to comply with our legal obligations. If you wish to deactivate your Worldclearing account, you can send the request through the internal message system.
